Reception: The reception desk is open daily from 7:00 to 23:00 hours and is available by phone 24/7. You can check in from 16:00 hours.
't Proeflokaal Eten: 't Proeflokaal Eten is open for breakfast from 7:00 to 10:30 hours (with walk ins until 10:00 hours) on weekdays and from 8:00 to 10:30 hours (with walk ins until 10:00 hours) on weekends. For dinner, you are welcome Monday, Thursday and Sunday from 17:00 to 22:00 hours and Friday and Saturday from 17:00 to 23:00 hours.
't Proeflokaal Drinken: 't Proeflokaal Drinken is open Monday, Friday to Sunday from 11:00 to 23:00 hours and Thursday from 16:00 to 23:00 hours. For lunch, the kitchen is open Monday, Friday through Sunday from 12:00 to 15:00 hours.
Dousberg Snack: Dousberg Snack is open at Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 16:30 to 21:00 hours.
Minimarket and bakery: The minimarket and bakery are open daily from 8:00 to 18:00 hours for your fresh rolls and other essentials.

Good to know

Pets: Pets are very welcome at Dormio Resort Maastricht. The surcharge for pets is € 39.50 per pet, per stay. In the Kids and Wellness Houses, Castellum apartments and Dormio Hotel De Prins van Oranje, pets are not allowed.

Payment options: If you select a booking with a flexible price, 50% of your booking must be paid now and the remaining 50% must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. If you select a booking with a standard price (the booking cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed), the full amount will be due immediately. During the booking process, you will be transferred to our payment provider, where you can make the payment online.

Deposit: You may be asked to pay a deposit. The deposit can be paid by PIN or credit card. This sum will be paid back later, once checks have been made. The amount of the deposit is based on the maximum number of guests per accommodation unit or the number of accommodation units you are hiring: for accommodation units for 2-14 guests this is € 300, for accommodation for >14 guests this is € 500, when you book 2 or more accommodation units this is € 500 and for Master Villas this is € 800.

Service charges: The service charges include the costs of the obligatory final cleaning, the use of bed linen and towels and beds made up on arrival. This enables you to start your holiday immediately!

Preferential booking: Do you have a specific accommodation as a preference that you would like to book? If so, contact our Contact Center by phone. Placing a preferential booking may be subject to a surcharge.

General information: To ensure all our guests can enjoy a carefree stay, we would ask you to respect a number of house rules. For example, you are not allowed to use sound equipment or mobile speakers in the open air around the rented accommodation.
