Summer in Zell am See

Zell am See is beautifully situated on the banks of Lake Zell. It breathes the Austrian feel with its many terraces and restaurants, and a great variety of shops. The combination of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier, the surrounding mountains, and the lake make the Zell am See-Kaprun region in the Salzburger Land unique. In this region you can find the most alluring landscapes in Austria all together.

At the 3,029 meter high Kitzsteinhorn glacier you can ski until July. Those who want to combine summer and winter in one day, go ski down the glacier in the morning and dive into the crystal clear waters of the Zeller See in the afternoon. This lake is suitable to a variety of water sports. The beach at the Esplanade is within a walking distance from your apartment.
