Flaine offers the perfect place for an active skiing holiday with family or friends. The area has good snow conditions thanks to the geographical location in the Pre-Alps with the Mont Blanc as a buffer. It is often still possible to ski until far in the month of April. The beautiful and snow-guaranteed ski area Le Grand Massif in the French Haute Savoie is very well accessible from the airport of Geneva with only a one hour drive. The highway A40 is situated at a short driving distance from Dormio Resort Les Portes Du Grand Massif. It also has a great train connection with Chamonix and large French cities such as Lille and Paris.
