The resort

Dormio Resort Obertraun is located at the Hallstättersee in the region Oberösterreich. At the moment, the four-star resort consists of 82 luxury holiday homes. The holiday homes of Resort Obertraun are built in five different types and are suitable to accommodate 4, 6, 8 or 10 persons. The reception is located in the centre building which also includes an indoor swimming pool, wellness, fitness area and catering facility with restaurant and cosy bar including a large outdoor terrace. Surroundings

Resort Obertraun is very centrally located in Austria and is therefore easily accessible by car. Salzburg is located at approximately a one hour drive and Munich at a distance of approximately two hours. This means that the resort is also very well accessible by airplane through the airports of these large cities. You can even take the train from the Netherlands to Obertraun as the village has its own train station!

Rental and management

In May 2012, Resort Obertraun opened its doors for owners and guests and since that day, the villas are very successfully rented out by Dormio Holidays. Many guests have meanwhile spent their holiday here and enjoyed a delightful carefree time in this versatile environment.
