What's the distance between Dormio Resort Costa Blanca and the center of El Campello?

The centre of El Campello is about 15 km from Dormio Resort Costa Blanca.

How far is Dormio Resort Costa Blanca located from the beach?

Dormio Resort Costa Blanca is located directly on the sea. From the resort you can walk straight to the beach.

Is it allowed to bring my dog(s)?

A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per booked accommodation. The fee for including a dog is € 39.50 per dog per stay. 
Pets are always on request.

How many people can stay at the accommodation?

You can rent accommodation for 4 to 6 people. You will find the maximum number of people in the description of the accommodation.

Is smoking allowed in the accommodation?

No, smoking in the accommodation is prohibited.

Is there free Wi-Fi at the resort?

Yes, there is excellent (free) Wi-Fi coverage throughout the resort.

Is English an official language at the resort?

Yes, English is spoken at the resort.

Is it possible to check-in earlier than indicated?

The check-in time is 15:00. If you want to check-in earlier and the accommodation is available this is possible! You can contact Dormio Holidays (tel +31 26 353 77 25) to discuss the possibilities.

From what time can I check-in?

The check-in time is 15:00.

At what time do I have to check-out?

You can check-out until 11:00 at the latest.

What are the opening hours of the reception?

The reception is open daily.

I have lost my key, what should I do?

If you have lost your key, you must report this to the resort reception as soon as possible.

Rental

Is there a possibility to park my car at the resort?

You can park your (rental) car in the free covered parking garage of the resort.

What kind of activities the Costa Blanca has to offer?

Kids

Is the resort child-friendly?

At the resort are several children's play areas and a toddler pool available. During the holiday periods, your children can enjoy themselves in the Mio Kids Club.

Facilities

Is there a swimming pool?

Yes, the resort has a lovely outdoor pool with sun beds. For the little ones there is a separate paddling pool.

 

 

Reservations

Do I have to pay a deposit?

A deposit of € 300,- may be requested.

How does the payment work?

For reservations at the flexible price full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For reservations at the standard price (non-cancellable, non-refundable, not modifiable), the total amount of the stay must be paid immediately. During the booking process you will be redirected to our payment provider where you can pay online.

Is it possible to cancel a reservation?

Reservations made at the standard price (non-cancellable, non-refundable, non modifiable) cannot be cancelled free of charge. Reservations made at the flexible price can be cancelled and/or modified up to 7 days prior to arrival. Please contact our reservations department at booking@dormioholidays.com or by phone on +31 (0)26 353 77 25. More information can be found in the General Terms and Conditions on our website.

I have lost my invoice, what should I do?

If you've lost your invoice, please contact Dormio by e-mail: booking@dormioholidays.nl or by telephone on +31 (0) 26 - 353 77 25.

Is it possible to adjust my reservation?

If you have made a reservation at the flexible price, you can change your reservation up to 7 days before arrival. Changes are subject to a change fee of € 25.00 per reservation. All changes are subject to availability. Please contact our reservations department at booking@dormioholidays.com  or by phone at 0031 26-3537725. Reservations made at the standard price (non-cancellable, non-refundable, non modifiable) cannot be changed.

Is it possible to extend my reservation?

If there is availability, you can extend your reservation.
