You can park your car in our car park free of charge. All accommodation has private parking with a charging point for your electric car, apart from the Smokkelaarswoningen, apartments and rooms, which have a shared car park with a shared charging point right by the accommodation.

Below are the standard opening hours at Dormio Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad. Depending on the season, longer opening hours may apply.

Reception: The reception is open Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00 hours. On Fridays, reception is open from 09:00 to 20:00 hours. On Saturdays and Sundays, the reception is open from 09:00 to 18:00 hours. You can check in from 16:00 hours.
Restaurant Zeeuws Proeven: Restaurant Zeeuws Proeven is open from 14:00 to 22:00 hours on Fridays and on Saturdays and on Sunday from 12:00 to 22:00 hours.
Snack bar: The snack bar is open on Friday and Saturday from 16:00 to 20:00 hours.
Minimarket: The minimarket is open from 08:00 to 16:00 hours from Saturday to Thursday. On Fridays the minimarket is open from 08:00 to 20:00 hours.
Swimming pool: The swimming pool is open daily from 10:00 to 20:00 hours.

Good to know

Pets: Pets are very welcome at Dormio Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad Our resort has special pet-friendly holiday homes, where you and your dog can enjoy a comfortable stay. You can bring 1 or 2 pets to a Pets Home. For all other accommodation, the surcharge for pets is € 39.50 per pet, per stay. Pets are not allowed in the Pool, Wellness and Kids Homes.

Payment options: If you select a booking with a flexible price, 50% of your booking must be paid now and the remaining 50% must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. If you select a booking with a standard price (the booking cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed), the full amount will be due immediately. During the booking process, you will be transferred to our payment provider, where you can make the payment online.

Deposit: You may be asked to pay a deposit. The deposit can be paid by PIN or credit card. This sum will be paid back later, once checks have been made. The amount of the deposit is based on the maximum number of people per accommodation unit or the number of accommodation units you are hiring: for accommodation units for 2-14 people this is € 300, for accommodation for >14 people this is € 500 and when you book 2 or more accommodation units this is € 500.

Service charges: The service charges include the costs of the obligatory final cleaning, the use of bed linen and towels and beds made up on arrival. This enables you to start your holiday immediately!
