Would you like to get out and about and explore the area? You can hire a bike from our bicycle hire, which has various types of bikes, from city bikes to electric bikes and tandems, the choice is yours. By the way, we also have tandems, cargo bikes, pull-along carts and skelters?
Fresh seasonal dishes at Restaurant De Smokkelaar
Enjoy Zeeland's hospitality and local specialities at our resort’s Restaurant De Smokkelaar! A delicious lunch out on the terrace, a drink at the bar or a sumptuous dinner in the restaurant; we have it all. Restaurant De Smokkelaar serves fresh seasonal dishes and local delicacies using fresh local produce.
Tip: take a seat on the outdoor terrace so you can keep an eye on things while your kids are jumping on the air trampoline or playing in the play area, both within sight.

Fun in the water fun for all ages
Great fun with the whole family splashing about in the indoor pool! The pool is centrally located in the main building of our resort. You can take a dip in the water or relax on the bubble bench. Of course, there is also a paddling pool with a small slide. The pool has changing rooms, showers and lockers. Please note: there is no supervision in the pool.
Fun & Entertainment during the school holidays
Crafts, exercise and play! During the school holidays, our Fun & Entertainment team are on hand to organise fun activities for all the kids. There are also regular small cooking workshops, where we bake biscuits or basketball clinics where you can improve your basketball techniques. There is plenty to do during the school holidays! Do you feel like dancing?
Sporting activities for the whole family
Do you prefer active holidays? Then you are guaranteed a good time at the resort! You can spend a fun afternoon playing mini-golf with the whole family or take part in a competitive game of boules. We also have a sports field at our resort and a table tennis table. You can also go fishing in the creek.

There is no shortage of facilities for children at Dormio Strand Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad! Across the resort, there are several play areas where children can let off some steam. There is also a play loft. The children can also have fun on the cable car, tow raft and air trampoline.
Daily shopping
Next to the reception is a mini-market where you can buy your everyday groceries such as bread, vegetables and meat. There are also various meal deals available at the mini-market, such as the gourmet special.
