Existing construction
At the entrance to Dormio Resort Berck-sur-Mer you will find the part that was first built by start of the project. This part is already successfully rented out via Dormio Holidays and can be recognized in the map by the shape of a crescent moon.
Houses from construction phase I
At the very bottom of the floor plan you can see the red coloured houses of construction phase I. These were completed in 2018. A number of these homes are still for sale.
Construction phase II
The part alongside the swimming pool and above is construction phase II. There are still a few houses for sale. The main building and the swimming pool will also be built during construction phase II.
Construction phase III
The last part of Dormio Resort Berck-sur-Mer is marked in grey on the map below. This part will be built with the completion of construction phase II.
