Dormio Resort Obertraun - Austria

Resort Obertraun is located at the Hallstättersee in the province of Oberösterreich. At the moment, the four-star resort consists of 59 luxury holiday homes. In addition, another 23 luxury holiday homes are being constructed. The holiday homes of Resort Obertraun are built in five different types and are suitable to accommodate 4, 6, 8 or 10 persons. The reception is located in the centre building which also includes an indoor swimming pool, wellness, fitness area and catering facility with restaurant and cosy bar including a large outdoor terrace. Both the holiday homes and the centre building are constructed in the authentic Austrian Bauernhof style and therefore ooze the rustic, friendly atmosphere that is typical for this region. The resort perfectly fits within the authentic environment. The special cultural landscape of Salzkammergut, where the resort is situated, is located at approximately a one hour drive, east of Salzburg. Rightfully a special piece of Austria, because this area was added to the World Heritage List of UNESCO in 1997, together with Hallstatt and Dachstein.

Dormio Leisure Development is the initiator and developer of the project. In addition, Dormio Recreational Homes is responsible for the sales of the project. Dormio Resorts & Hotels plays an active role as lessor, manager and catering exploiter of the resort.
