Practical information about Dormio Aparthotel Hinterstoder

Pets: Pets are very welcome at Dormio Aparthotel Hinterstoder. The pet fee is €45 per pet, per stay.

Payment options: For bookings with a flexible rate, half of the total amount must be paid immediately, and the remaining half no later than 14 days before arrival. For bookings with a standard rate (non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable), the full amount must be paid immediately. During the booking process, you will be redirected to our payment provider to complete your online payment.

Deposit: A deposit may be required. The deposit can be paid by debit card or credit card. The amount will be refunded after inspection. The deposit is €300 per accommodation.

Service charges: The service charges include the mandatory final cleaning, the use of bed linen and towels, and made-up beds upon arrival. This way, you can start your holiday right away!
