You can park your car for free at your holiday home. All accommodation units have a private parking space. You can also park your car in our car park.

Pets are very welcome at Dormio Water Resort Medemblik. The pet surcharge is €45 per pet, per stay. Pets are always subject to availability. Pets are not permitted in the Wellness Homes.

Yes, Dormio Water Resort Medemblik is a fireworks-free zone. In the Netherlands, there is a nationwide ban on fireworks for private individuals. It is therefore not permitted to set off fireworks at the resort. However, authorised fireworks displays may take place in the surrounding area during the New Year celebrations. As a result, we cannot rule out the possibility that fireworks may be seen or heard in the vicinity.

A deposit may be required. The deposit can be paid by debit or credit card. The amount will be refunded at a later date, once it has been checked. The deposit is €300. If you are renting two or more properties, the deposit is €500.

For bookings with flexible terms, half of the total cost must be paid immediately. The remaining half must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. For bookings with standard terms and conditions (non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-amendable), the full travel sum must be paid immediately. During the booking process, you will be redirected to our payment provider, where you can make the payment online.

Yes, some of the homes and facilities at Dormio Water Resort Medemblik are still under development. We are doing our utmost to minimise any disruption caused by the construction work.

The water depth at the resort is approximately 1.2 metres. This depth is suitable for a small boat or canoe.

Yes, at Dormio Water Resort Medemblik you can go fishing from various spots around the resort. Thanks to its waterside location, this is a wonderful activity for young and old alike. Bring your own fishing gear and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing day by the water.

Yes, the service charges cover the cost of beds made on arrival, a towel pack (consisting of two towels per person and kitchen tea towels) and the compulsory end-of-stay cleaning.
