Dormio Resorts & Hotels Guest Satisfaction Survey Campaign - Conditions


  1. These conditions apply to the Guest Satisfaction Survey Campaign (hereinafter to be referred to as the “Campaign”) organised by Dormio Resorts & Hotels (trade name of Dormio Holidays B.V.) (hereinafter to be referred to as the: “Organiser”) established in (6824 BC) Arnhem (the Netherlands) at Velperweg 13.
  2. By participating in the Campaign, the participants declare that they have taken cognisance and agree with these conditions.
  3. Insofar as derogation has not taken place in these conditions, the Dormio Resorts & Hotels General Terms and Conditions apply in full.
  4. This Campaign and these conditions are governed by Dutch law.
  5. Complaints about the Campaign can be submitted to the Organiser.

The Campaign

  1. By completing the quest satisfaction survey after having stayed at a resort or hotel of the Organiser, the participant can win a Dormio Gift Voucher for € 100. This Dormio Gift Voucher can be redeemed for a new stay at one of the selected Dormio resorts or hotels based on availability. 
  2. The won Gift Voucher can only be exchanged in relation to new bookings and reservations and will therefore not apply to already made reservations.
  3. The won Gift Voucher can only be exchanged once.
  4. The won Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for a stay during standard school and public holidays.
  5. Reservations can only be made based on availability. Visit to check availability of our accommodations.
  6. The won Gift Voucher cannot be used in combination with other promotions or discounts.
  7. The won Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise. You will not receive any cash back if you reserve a stay for a lower amount than the value of your won Gift Voucher.
  8. The won Gift Voucher can be redeemed by contacting the reservation department by calling +31 26 353 77 25.

Campaign duration

  1. The Campaign will run from 1 June 2020 up to and including 31 May 2022.
  2. At the end of each month, a winner will be selected randomly from all participants who have completed a guest satisfaction survey in the relevant month.
  3. The won Gift Voucher is valid for one year.


  1. The Organiser cannot be held liable for loss, damage or theft of the voucher(s).
  2. The voucher may not be sold or used in some other way for commercial purposes. Making copies and selling the voucher are prohibited and will be reported to the police.
  3. The Organiser cannot be held liable for any damages, losses, costs or charges whatsoever that may arise from participating in the Campaign.
  4. The Organiser is entitled to disqualify participants when of the opinion that participants do not act in accordance with these conditions and/or if participants in the opinion of the Organiser obtain access to this Campaign fraudulently in some other way. 
  5. You cannot rebook, transfer and/or cancel your holiday after payment has been received.
  6. Codes that have not been redeemed and/or that have been redeemed cannot be returned.
  7. The Organiser reserves the right to change or terminate the Campaign unilaterally. If the Campaign is changed or terminated, this will be announced on
