During your stay

Are you currently staying at one of our resorts or hotels? We would advise you to report your feedback at reception as soon as possible.  We will do all we possibly can to rectify the issue.

After your stay

Are you no longer at our resort or in our hotel or has your complaint not been dealt with entirely to your satisfaction? Please send us an email to the following address: customerservice@dormio.eu. You should submit your complaint within one month of your departure.

Please state the following details in your email:

  • Surname of the person who made the booking;
  • Email address used to make the booking;
  • Telephone number of the person who made the booking;
  • Your booking reference;
  • Date of your complaint;
  • The resort where you were staying;
  • Detailed description of your complaint;
  • What you might expect us to do.
