Resort

Is English an official language at the resort?

Yes, English and French are spoken at the resort.

 

Is it allowed to bring my dog(s)?

Dogs are allowed up to a maximum of two per home at an additional cost of €35,- per dog.

Is there a possibility to park my car at the resort?

You can park in the parking garage.

How many people can stay at the accommodation?

The apartments range from studios for 2 people to five-room apartments for 10 people.

Is smoking allowed at the accommodation?

No, smoking in the accommodation is prohibited.

Can I reach the resort by public transport?

With the train station within walking distance, the Mont Blanc Express train takes you quickly to Saint Gervais-le-Fayet, Servoz, Les Houches, Chamonix, Argentière and Martigny (Switzerland). Every place and track in the valley is also easily accessible by bus.

Is the resort accessible for the disabled?

Yes, our accommodations have:

  • custom shower
  • adapted toilet
  • wheelchair friendly
  • ground floor
  • no thresholds
Is it allowed to barbecue at the resort?

No, this is not allowed.

Is it allowed to make a campfire?

No, this is not allowed.

Where can I dispose my waste?

You can dispose of your waste at the main building.

Is it possible to check-in earlier than indicated?

The check-in time is 17:00. If you want to check-in earlier and the accommodation is available, this is possible! You can contact the reception on the day of arrival (tel: +31 26 353 77 25) to discuss the possibilities.

From what time can I check-in?

You can check-in from 17:00.

At what time do I have to check-out?

You can check-out until 11:00 at the latest.

What are the opening hours of the reception?

The opening hours of the reception are:

  • 09.00-12.00 and 15.00-19.00.
  • On Saturday from 9:00 till 12:00 and 15:00 till 20:00.

 

Is it allowed to receive guests at the accommodation?

Yes, this is allowed! Report it in advance at the reception.

I have lost my key, what should I do?

If you have lost your key, you must report this to the resort reception.

Facilities

Is there a restaurant at the resort?

Yes, we have a Bistro.

Breakfast from 7:00.

Lunch / Dinner from 12:00.

 

Is there free Wi-Fi at the resort?

Yes, there is excellent (free) Wi-Fi coverage throughout the resort.

Is it possible to rent (a) bicycle(s)?

We unfortunately do not rent bicycles at our resort yet.

Kids

Are there children's activities at the resort?

Yes, children between 4 and 11 years old are welcome in the Kids Club. Our Kids Club is open from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 till 12:00 and from 14:30 till 17:30.

 

Reservations

Do I have to pay a deposit?

A deposit of €300,- may be requested.

How does the payment work?

You will receive an invoice from us within two working days of your reservation. After you received the invoice, we ask you to pay 50% of the total amount. 30 days before arrival we ask you to transfer the remaining amount.

Did you make a reservation within 30 days of arrival? Than we ask you to pay the full amount immediately.

Is it possible to cancel a reservation?

Yes, cancellation is possible: If you cancel or change your booking, our general conditions apply:

 

  • You can cancel and/or change free of charge 30 days prior to arrival;
  • In case of cancellation between 30 days and 15 days before the arrival of the stay, we will apply a cancellation fee of 50% of the accommodation costs;
  • In case of cancellation between 14 days and 7 days before the arrival of the stay, we apply a cancellation fee of 75% of the accommodation costs;
  • In case of cancellation between 6 days and 1 day before the arrival of the stay, we apply a cancellation fee of 100% of the accommodation costs;
  • If you do not show up or if you leave earlier, you owe the full booking amount.
Is it possible for me to adjust my reservation?

Yes, based on availability that is possible. However, if necessary, we do charge €22.50 change costs.

Is it possible to extend my reservation?

If there is availability, you can extend your reservation.

General

How do I get to the track?

The Resort is ski-in - ski-out. There is a ski lift next to the Resort.

How long is the track?

Our track is a total of 114 km. You can also see (link kaartje skigebied) how the ski area runs exactly.

Is there a possibility for ski lessons at the resort?

At the Resort itself we do not give lessons, but the reception staff can recommend a ski school.
