You can park at least two cars on the driveway of your holiday villa.

Some holiday villas have a private charging point in the driveway. If you would like to make a preferred booking for a villa with a private charging point, please contact our Contact Centre by telephone.

Pets are very welcome at Dormio Harbour Village. The pet surcharge is €57.50 per pet, per stay. Pets are always subject to availability.

For bookings with flexible terms and conditions, half of the total cost must be paid immediately. The remaining half must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. For bookings with standard terms and conditions (non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-amendable), the full travel sum must be paid immediately. During the booking process, you will be redirected to our payment provider where you can make the payment online.

A deposit is required. If you book at the standard rate, you must pay the deposit immediately when making your booking. Are you booking at the flexible rate? In that case, the deposit will be added to the second instalment. The amount will be refunded at a later date, once it has been checked. The deposit is €1,000 per villa.

Yes, the service charges cover the cost of beds made on arrival, a towel pack (consisting of two towels per person and kitchen towels) and the compulsory end-of-stay cleaning.

The water depth is approximately 1.5 metres near most of the villas. Only at Strandvilla 10 is the water too shallow to moor your boat. The depth at the entrance and exit from the park to Veerse Meer is approximately 2 metres.

If you want to moor your boat at your villa’s private jetty, it must not be longer than 9 metres.

Yes, Dormio Harbour Village is a fireworks-free zone. In the Netherlands, there is a nationwide ban on consumer fireworks. It is therefore not permitted to set off fireworks at the resort. However, organised fireworks displays for which permission has been granted may take place in the surrounding area during the New Year celebrations. As a result, we cannot rule out the possibility that fireworks may be seen or heard in the surrounding area.
