You can park your car for free in our car park.

In the main car park at Dormio Resort Obertraun, there are two parking spaces with a charging point for electric cars.

Absolutely! The pet surcharge is €45 per pet, per stay.

Dormio Resort Obertraun is a resort where fireworks are restricted. Setting off fireworks is not permitted on the resort grounds, although it is permitted in the immediate vicinity. We cannot completely rule out the possibility of noise disturbance from outside, and there is no enforcement of this rule.

For bookings with flexible terms and conditions, half of the total cost must be paid immediately. The remaining half must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. For bookings with standard terms and conditions (non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-amendable), the full travel sum must be paid immediately. During the booking process, you will be redirected to our payment provider where you can complete the payment online.

We require a deposit for most accommodation. This does not apply to the Altaussee rooms (comfort) only.
For chalets, the deposit is €50 per night. Any charges will be deducted from this. If you leave the accommodation in a tidy condition, you will receive the remaining amount back. The deposit will be held on your credit or debit card.

Yes, the service charges cover the cost of beds made on arrival, a towel pack (consisting of two towels per person and kitchen towels) and the compulsory end-of-stay cleaning. Are you staying in a hotel room or the Altaussee Room (Comfort)? In that case, the prices include a change of bed linen and towels twice a week, and your accommodation is cleaned daily.
