The La Balme ski area has mainly blue slopes and is ideal for a first introduction to skiing. In the Les Houches ski area, you will find several ski schools and closed slopes especially for children. La Poya is a smaller ski area that is particularly popular with beginner skiers and cross-country skiers. Perfect for families with children! The ski areas are easily accessible from Vallorcine. There are also many ski schools in the area. This means that children can learn to ski with a professional ski instructor during their holiday.
