Do you have questions about placing a reservation or about your booked accommodation? Please contact us. We are available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 8 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm. Our Contact Center will be open on December 19 until 4 pm, December 24 until 5 pm, December 26 until 4 pm, December 31 until 5 pm, and January 1 from 10 am to 4 pm. The Contact Center will be closed on December 25.
