Terms and conditions for a long stay on the Costa Blanca

Special prices and terms and conditions apply for a stay of 22 nights or longer. You can choose between 2 price ranges: standard or flexible. You will now get an incredible 30% discount* on the rent of your apartment! This discount does not apply in July and August.

You can’t cancel or change your booking;
The full amount is due when you make your booking.

Flexible price

Free cancellation or change up to 6 weeks prior to arrival;
A deposit of 25% of the total price must be paid when making the booking;
The remaining 75% must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.

* You receive a 30% discount for long stays from 1 September 2024 to 1 July 2025.
